  We were recommended by friends. We’re very pleased with the overall options of fireplaces and fires. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, followed up by an excellent pair of fitters. Would recommend this place to anyone thinking of a new fire etc.

  Do not trust this company. Arranged for fitting date, Gave 5 weeks due to Xmas. I was Phoned for finale payment 3 days before fitting as arranged, all good, only to be phoned again, the day before fitting to be told "no fire to fit. Not expecting it for a further 10 days." Management tell you," Sorry its the supplier who let us down please have half price fitting, least we can do". then deny they said that, making me very embarrassed and out to be a liar! Fitters self employed and complain about extra work he has to carry out, how he is fed up with having to clean up after other people's mess. We paid for a back box with the chimney company who left it ready for the fitter to fit. The fitter did not use it, instead of getting a refund £50 +VAT, It was just left for the scrap metal to make some money. I have spoken to Artisan and explained all the above and given the company time to respond, but I have had no response other than the company will do an internal investigation. It clearly was a mistake to choose Artisan who do not understand Customer Service or care about their customers.
